  Steven Hawkinson is terrible and if he's not fired, I will leave a post everyday until he is. I was sitting with clients from Canada who are worth millions of dollars to my firm and he made an embarrassment out of your establishment as well as potentially harmed my relationship with this client. Never have I ever been treated with such disrespect from anyone. As a first time yelp user I strongly urge you spend your money in any of the 100 bars in Elgin. If anyone is reading this from Elgin, you need to make a decision: is Steven Hawkinson worth it?
  
  Oh, and when I asked him for his name he lied and said Frank, and then continued to berate me and my company.
