  My mom was at this facility on two different occasions. The first time she broke her neck and the second time she broke her leg. Both times my family members and I felt very much at ease knowing what great care she was given. All the nurses, aids and therapists were extremely attentive and they developed a relationship with her. I always felt I could ask questions and everyone was willing to listen and help. My mom is a stickler for cleanliness and she was always more than satisfied with the cleanliness. Each day she was fully dressed and even had on a little make-up. Sadly, my mom developed pneumonia and had to be hospitalized. The hospital released her even though she had developed other infections. I know my mom was grateful to pass at Heritage as it was second best to home. Many of the staff members were truly upset by her death and very comforting to us as a family. I just wanted to express my gratitude!
