It's fine. Reasonably clean, reasonably quiet. One front desk person that was always awkward and borderline rude, but everyone else was great. Two caveats though - be careful in the parking lot in winter. I helped a young woman who slipped on the ice and ended up with staples in the back of her head. Even after, they did not put down sand. The other caveat, and this one is silly, they almost never have bacon at breakfast.

Good value. The rooms were remodeled not too long ago. They were pretty clean. My room had 2 fridges. The hot food for breakfast was nice. One odd thing, a curved shower rod is great, but the basin doesn't curve so water drips out. The bed was soft and I slept well.
