We were given a 4 hour window for the service (8-12). At 8 the technician called and said he would arrive around 11:30. That was the last we heard. I called Sears at 11:45 and was told dispatch would contact me. Nothing. At 12:45 I called again and was told the same thing. Nothing. FINALLY at 1:10 I received a call from the technician saying he would arrive at 2:00. Which he did. Sears told me the technician was to keep me updated of delays. The technician said routing was to keep me updated of delays. WELL, no one kept me updated. Nothing like sitting around for 6 hours waiting for a repair. It took him 2 hours to do the repair. So, therefore, I spent an entire day on this. Unacceptable!!!!
