  My mother is rolling over in her grave. We have been loyal customers for years and years. Mom passed, we took some items in to see if they would like to buy them. They did NOT call us as promised. Finally, I went in to pick them up. THEY LOST THEM! They almost gave me someone elses stuff. They claimed they weren't lost, they just couldn't find them... Not in the safe. Not in the office. Not in the back room. Eventually found in the retail area of the store stashed behind some decorative boxes...huh? I noted management and security issues and Pete the owner had the balls to demand an apology!!! He insisted that hidden in the retail area behind some boxes was just as safe as is in an actual safe!! I laughed out loud. In a side note, if they open the office door, peek inside. It is as if a cyclone blew through there. Chaos!
