  So disappointed with our experience. Glen, one of the supervisors, was extremely rude and condescending. He took our order without even looking up from his inventory sheet and rattled off our total before my husband could even order. We sat for about 20 minutes and then he rushed us out saying they were closing even though the website listed a different time. I mentioned to him that he might want to fix the time on the website and he laughed at me... and said "yeah, ok..." when I mentioned to him that I would like to contact corporate, he again smirked and basically conveyed the message of "good luck" like somehow he/the Starbucks corporate office didn't care. The fact that Starbucks has someone like him working for their brand makes me not want to buy coffee there anymore. I would much rather pay less money and get better service at Dunkin Donuts.

  Very frequent Starbucks go-er.
  Was treated very badly I do not feel like I was taken seriously. My order was wrong; my order was discussed about like I wasn't standing right there, I specifically asked for something for quick and menial to fix for my order, they just poured milk in it and handed it to me...not what I asked for. Never have I been treated so badly by a store. Very disappointed :/
