  Despite this facility being extremely busy today, everyone that I encountered was outstanding... very nice and helpful. This is a huge difference from the Aurora Facility where only one person was ever nice. This is how customer service should be. Aurora, take lessons from these employees!!!!

  I have always had a good experience at the Elgin location for stickers, plates and registration.
  
  The lines move quickly and I have always been treated well.
  
  I cannot speak to driver services such as drivers license, written exams, road test or hearing officer appointments.
