  Re did my bathroom subfloor and tile due to a previously leaking toilet, went to set in new toilet and I got leaks from the flange. Tried again 4 times and couldn't even get the toilet set correctly myself.. I gave up and called Tom's Thursday afternoon, Tammy got someone to come out Friday, the next day (between 11am-1pm) Mike showed up just after 11, long story short, I now have my bathroom back after a month of hell. The prices are fair and they are quick. Mike was easy to deal with and did a great job. If I need plumbing help again, they will be my only call. Thanks Tammy and Mike!

  Tammy was so flexible and helpful with scheduling the 2 appointments we needed. Mike came out and he diagnosed within 5 minutes that we needed new toilets due to the bad design of cheaper toilets installed in newer construction. (We had 3 out of 4 clogging at some point until the master bath got to the point of breaking the seal from us plunging and leaking through the floor into the kitchen.) He explored with the camera and found what was causing it, cleared it up and installed the new toilet. It has been working great and we haven't had any problems since. We will eventually be replacing the other 3 with Tom's and use them for any other plumbing issues we have. I highly recommend!
