  The website should allow pre-paid orders for out of stock items. A customer should be able to add an out of stock item to their wish list so they could be emailed when the product is in-stock again. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now. I have spoken to 3 different people. One of them stated they would call me when the item was in. The Ebay store called Rememberwenproducts in Elgin,Il,has to be an official Wen store, 2 weeks ago had 85 units for sale and sold them all. I never received a call or email and not one unit was added to the main Wen website..
